The Challenge: Located on the top floor of the 18E Cộng Hòa building, Toong Cộng Hòa offered stunning airport views but lacked character due to its rigid, traditional architecture.

Interior Design: The "Flowing Ribbon" of Sculpture
We created an interior inspired by a "flowing ribbon," using sculptural design to fluidly connect workspaces. We gave private offices the best views and added a lush indoor botanical garden to promote relaxation and creativity.
