Chi Doan has nearly 20 years in leadership roles in technology, making him a pioneer and a "guru" in IT and security network development. He has contributed to the establishment of data centers for some of the leading commercial banks in Vietnam, including Techcombank and An Binh Bank (ABBank), as well as consuled for SeaBank and Policy Bank, and designed the network structure for Vietnam Airlines.

Apart from national-scale projects, Chi Doan also joined in developing the E-government

projects in Vietnam, ME infrastructure for the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the IT network that connects all wards, districts and public departments in Da Nang City, a project sponsored by World Bank. His other projects involved cloud computing, big data and data analysis.

He earned the CCIE Security Certificate, which is exclusively dedicated to specialists with profound knowledge of the latest innovation in deploying Extensive Network Security.
